On the 27th of June 2022, in the „NCK SOKÓŁ” – the Cultural Centre in Nisko the conference launching the implementation of the project entitled "NISKO HIGHER AND HIGHER – INCREASING THE ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF THE CITY AND THE COMPETITIVENESS OF LIFE IN THE CITY" co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for the years 2014 – 2021 took place.
The project is implemented by the Municipality and the City of Nisko, under the "Local Development" Programme. The conference was organized for residents and members of the Local Development Cluster. The project team presented information about status and implementation schedule of the project. In the second part of the conference, the Project Partners with whom the Municipality and the City of Nisko will cooperate were presented. These are among others: The County of Nisko, the „NCK SOKÓŁ” – the Cultural Centre in Nisko, non-governmental organizations, the Farmer’s Wives’ Associations from the municipality area and also the most important partner the MIDT-TELEMARK Municipality from Norway. Nisko and Midt-telemark concluded the agreement on mutual cooperation.
